Brief: Loft Conversion Highbury.  A large scale home renovation project including a rear dormer loft conversion complete with ensuite shower room as well as large rear and side kitchen extension.

The project we completed for Neil is a brilliant example of how the Simply Construction teams can come together to make dramatic improvements to a London home, wherever they needed.

For this project, in Highbury North London, Simply Loft worked with sister company Simply Extend to carry out a large scale home renovation, which included a rear dormer loft conversion, complete with en suite shower, as well as a large rear and side kitchen extension.

This open and contemporary kitchen space combines classic design features, like bare brick, with slick kitchen accessories and decorative touches. The kitchen is often the heart of the home and it makes sense to create a large, airy space that everybody can enjoy.

Of course, this project also provided Neil with a beautiful bedroom and en suite. The modest space was opened up with an airy colour scheme and a large window to maximise natural light.
