We believe the number of people now working from home has largely increased over the years. Thanks to the internet we have more and more people able to work from their computers anywhere they choose. Simply have seen a rise in clients needing the extra space that a loft conversion can generate for business as well as leisure. Unlocking the potential of any room, you need to be sure that you are making great use of the available space to make it a truly multi-functional as we have done here for Liz.
This Bright and spacious loft conversion saw the Simply Team integrate a walk in shower and modern bathroom that was plumbed in to the existing system, The high gloss tiles and modern fittings give this bathroom a sleek contemporary look that the client desired.
A traditional staircase with two way lighting was installed leading up into the 3rd floor bedroom space which included 2 oversized radiators and beautifully installed recessed spot lights throughout. Large skylights were fitted along with a Juliet balcony to allow as much light to flood the area possible. The Juliet balcony itself was aluminium framed, also using double glazing glass to minimise any outside noise. Liz has chosen the black framed Aluminium available in keeping with style, and has managed to achieve a perfectly soft yet masculine feel throughout.
Again the Simply team have worked their magic and transformed the once unused loft space in Crouch End into a stunning 3rd floor living space.
